Makes 12 pancakes
What You Want
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon floor ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- Maple syrup for serving

- In a big blending bowl, upload eggs, molasses, and buttermilk, and whisk to mix.
- In a medium blending bowl, combine in combination flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice till blended.
